• 10.1 Is there a procedure in place that addresses the monitoring of NDT inspection results?
• 10.2 Does the procedure address monitoring the resultant data trends over a specified time?
• 10.3 Is there evidence the monitored results are reviewed at the specified time interval as defined by the Auditee or Customer?
• 10.4 Is there evidence of actions taken for results that demonstrate atypical trends?

Guidance: When atypical trends are found, action shall include at a minimum, a documented investigation into the cause for the variation and an RCCA plan where NDT process error is identified.
