OverSeer is a single, centralised, on-premises solution for managing all of your inspection data. Data can be imported automatically from a wide array of inspection techniques and formats, including DICONDE, SQL and SmarterLink. Traditional paper-based reporting methods can be replaced with user-configurable data forms that load directly into OverSeer.

OverSeer stores all inspection data in a secure Microsoft SQL Server database, functioning as a single source of truth for your inspection information. Data can be searched, filtered and retrieved against the information held within each record, allowing users to locate specific inspection data quickly and precisely. OverSeer can also be configured to perform automated data movement, retention and archiving, ensuring your information is stored efficiently and remains accessible throughout its life cycle.

OverSeer’s powerful validation and alerts engine automatically checks and verifies data as it enters the system. User-configurable rules can perform anything from basic data integrity checks and compliance validation to more advanced analysis and AI-assisted defect detection. Users can be alerted in real time by email when anomalies, quality issues or process deviations are identified, enabling earlier intervention when problems occur.

OverSeer has sophisticated in-built reporting features.  Reports can be generated automatically or when needed by selecting an inspection or group of inspections. OverSeer can produce reports in either PDF or DOCX and the specific presentation can be formatted to match your requirements.
